The Bikers’ Network
Is ranging among the best developed ones. Bikes can be rented at most favourable rates from the local municipalities of Petting. Nature presents its wide variety, from highmoor bogs and heath (approx. 4 km) to water meadows at the river Salzach banks (approx. 7 km) up to the mountainous region of the Teisenberg (approx. 20 km).

Boat Trips
At the Lake Waginger See. The next boat-hire for pedalos, electric boats and rowing boats is possible in about 150 m distance at the bathing beach of Kühnhausen. Boats from the campground are available on request.

Restaurants & Minigolf
Enjoy some excellent restaurants within a 150 m to 2 km distance, in addition the “Verstecksdi” with miniature golf facilities (approx. 4 km)

Heathland Tour
Hiking through the Schönramer Filz nature trail, one of the most important highmoor bogs of South East Bavaria, you will pass by a bog lake, learn about the history of peat-cutting, come across rare animals and plants such as the sundew.
